Our sustainability approach We operate in a transparent and responsible way that protects our people, our customers, our communities and the environment. Our sustainability approach encompasses all of our employees, our supply chain and every community where we operate. It is supported by a robust structure that ensures our standards meet or exceed legal requirements and that our performance is closely monitored. We regularly share our performance, learnings and experiences with all internal stakeholders andmanagement around the world to ensure everyone remains informed, and benefits frombeing a part of our global network. Code of conduct Our values provide the foundations for our code of conduct, which set out the standards our people must meet and understand. This code puts our values into practice and dictates our daily actions and decisions. Group policies We have a range of policies which set out our strategic positions and formpart of our corporate decision- making. Operational policies Our more detailed operational policies, procedures and processes are created to support our Group policy statements andmeet the specific needs of individual assets. Performance and alignment Progress is monitored by our Health, Safety, Environment and Community committee and relevant business leads to keep it in line with the needs of our business. Our employees receive regular training on a range of ethics and compliance topics.
